HAMPTON COURT FLOWER SHOW

The Italian Job ...  Designer: Jack Dunckley

The Coral Desert ...  Designer: Antonia Young (Pod Garden Design)

RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show is world's biggest annual flower show held in the early weeks of July.

Flanking both sides of the Long Water at Hampton Court Palace, you can enjoy Show Gardens, the Rose Marquee, Floral Marquee, plant pavilions and a variety of talks, demonstrations and exhibits.

There is an opportunity for an early glimpse of what's on offer at this year's Preview Evening held before the show opens to the public.

Discover more about last year's show in our 2015 videos by the link below.

The show was first held in 1990 and created by Historic Royal Palaces and Network Southeast. In 1992 Network Southeast announced that it was withdrawing its subsidy, and the RHS was the successful bidder to take the show over.

The first RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show was held in 1993, and it has gone on to become the world’s largest flower show.

For the first Hampton Court Palace Shows, Network Southeast laid on special trains from Waterloo, and the railway porters all wore carnations in their hats.
